Therma Foam LLC is a block molder/manufacturer of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS).  It is a rigid, plastic insulation material which can be used in a wide range of applications. Therma Foam’s blocks are typically 42” x 48” x 96”. We then cut material to fit our customer’s requirements.

Common applications are void fill, roof insulation (flat, tapered, and flute filler), structural insulated panels, concrete bridge railing block-outs, flotation billets, spa covers, EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish Systems), Geofoam (Lightweight Fill), and packaging.

Expanded Polystyrene is lightweight and inexpensive. It is fabricated by means of a “hot wire”. It can be coated or glued easily with non-solvent materials.
